FGB takes part in the race of 2013

This year, again the Mainfranken Racing Team banks on the component quality from the mechanical engineering company located in Salz. The sixth race car MFsix, developed by the students from the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt, uses amongst others wheel suspension from FGB.

For many years, the Mainfranken Racing has been participating in the international design competition Formula Student.  Each year a single seat race car is developed and built and competes in several races against race cars from other universities from all over the world. As it is, in this season the MFsix has already successfully mastered races in the Czech Republic and on the Circuit de Catalunya near Barcelona, Spain and gained some good positions.
