Jubilarians honored for 25 and 40 years at FGB
Recently, three jubilarians from the current financial year were honored for 25 and 40 years of service at FGB during a small ceremony. In his speech, Thorsten Steinbach, on behalf of the shareholders and management of the steinbachgroup, paid tribute to Jürgen Böck, Michael Englert and Klaus Baumeister for their many years of loyalty to the company.
For 25 years, Klaus Baumeister has been working as an experienced and reliable 5-axis milling cutter for the medium-sized company made of salt and always ensures high-quality components with his competence.
At the same time, Jürgen Böck completed his master craftsman at FGB shortly after completing his training as an industrial mechanic and has since worked as a work planner, production planner and key account manager with exemplary commitment, great commitment and a high degree of motivation.
Furthermore, Michael Englert was honored for the special anniversary of 40 years of service to FGB. The trained machinist had completed his training at FGB as a chamber winner. Since then, he has been working in the turning shop and is the first point of contact for all technical matters in this field. Thanks to further training in the field of milling, he has been responsible for demanding turning-milling operations for 6 years. Mr. Englert’s extremely long loyalty to the company and his outstanding commitment were honored separately.
In the presence of the plant management and production management, Thorsten Steinbach presented the jubilarians with the certificates of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, monetary gifts and gifts in the form of flowers and gift baskets as a sign of recognition.
