Special IHK award for training manager!

On 04.06.2025, our training manager Marcus Rosshirt was awarded with the golden badge of honor for 20 years of dedicated work in vocational training at a ceremony held by the Mainfranken Chamber of Industry and Commerce. A total of 69 honorary examiners and two trainers who have been committed to high quality vocational training in Mainfranken for many years received this award at the ceremony held in Würzburg.

The management of the IHK emphasized the invaluable contribution of these dedicated individuals: “They not only impart specialist knowledge to young people, but also give them orientation, motivation and the confidence to discover and develop their skills. With patience, commitment and a sense of responsibility, they help to develop the trainees’ full potential.”

Marcus Rosshirt was awarded the IHK Gold Badge of Honour for his 20 years of voluntary work – a recognition of his many years of commitment to company training and his valuable services to the promotion of young talent at FGB. We are proud to have such a dedicated employee in our team and congratulate him on this well-deserved award!
