Successful start into vocational training in 2025

Nine new faces are starting their  vocational training at the steinbachgruppe this year and were welcomed at the traditional trainee kick-off event at Volkersberg as part of a welcome ceremony.

Pure action – two days full of experiences, team exercises, and joint activities were on the agenda. Under the guidance of professional trainers, the trainees mastered tricky tasks in the fresh air that required cooperation and communication. Our trainers were on hand to offer advice and support and were delighted with the successes achieved by the newcomers.

During a cozy barbecue evening, the individual participants got to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere.

For the new employees of the steinbachgruppe, the introductory event was not only the starting signal for their professional lives, but also the beginning of an exciting journey with many opportunities and possibilities for development.
