Cap filling modules for primers

• Semi-automated production of primer caps for cartridges, e.g. for rifle and pistol ammunition
• Primer paste is inserted into primer capsules
• The primer is measured manually using a coating gauge
• Coating gauge and workpiece carrier with capsules are provided automatically
• Upstream inspection workstation for checking the delivered capsules
• Safety measures: base frame made of open profiles, coating of all machine parts, electrical connections are intrinsically safe, dispensing of primer residues in a water bath
