When optimising production processes, it is often important to integrate robot cells into existing production structures. The range includes handling and supply tasks, and also joining and processing parts. The entire system solution comprises a pallet and clamping unit and the necessary control unit.
The selection of the correct robot as a purchased component depends on the customer’s preferences and the requirements of the respective process. Of course, all necessary parameters such as range, maximum load, moving speed or position accuracy are considered in the examination.
This example involves sorting valve components from heat-resistant special pallets into other part hoppers. The pallets are reused when reloading the tempering furnace. Also, the robot handles both types of pallet.
