Spray Washing Machine for Bearing Rings
Task and Process
Bearing rings of different types and sizes can be washed in the spray washing machine.
To this end, the bearing rings from the feeder belt can be taken and transported to the wash position on the system side. During the washing process that starts now, the washing head moves up and down. The number of hubs can be pre-selected in the control unit. After the spray-down process, the part is transported into the dripping position. Then it is possible to suction off the part in a further work step. Finally, it is placed on the removal belt.
For optimum coverage of the range of parts, the wash head needs to be equipped with a changing mechanism that allows it to be used with a rotor head and also with fixed nozzles.
