Welding Table for Large Bearings
Task and Process
The production of large bearings involves many manual tasks, e.g. welding to the cages. The equipment described below moves these workpieces to the necessary position.
A simple control unit enables execution of the rotation movement and a tilting movement that lifts the workpiece from the horizontal position. Rotation is realised by means of an electrical motor attached centrally below the table. There is also an electrical spindle drive for the tilting movement in the basic frame.
