Ultrasound
The ultrasound test is a non-destructive acoustic test method used to find inner and outer faults in sound conductive materials. Error recognition is the result of changes in acoustic properties on the edges, the inclusions, cracks or material contaminants.
We have developed customised ultrasound testing systems for more than 20 years. Here, too, we can supply customised software for analysis of the test results; of course, with all important interfaces to overriding systems of databases.
Structure-borne noise
Our structure-borne noise test can also analyse the acoustic behaviour of the sound-generating parts without the air-borne noise from the surroundings impacting on the test. Our sensors only use the part vibrations for the analysis. These signals can be assessed depending on the frequency in a spectrum analysis. Further analysis, e.g. to test roller bearings, is carried out by means of enveloping. The interfaces to overriding systems are also available here.
Handling and transport
The handling & transport product area produces customised equipment that is used to automate/optimise the internal logistics. The solutions are as varied as the tasks and requirements of the various customers. The current situation and the in-situ equipment are documented during a tour of the site. We work with you to develop a matching concept that sustainably improves the flow rate, flexibility and ergonomics of your processes.
Special processing machines
Another of our business fields involves special processing machines. Here we can develop completely new systems, or bring old and worn systems up to the state of the art by means of full overhauls. These kinds of machines (e.g. for grinding, honing, drilling, milling, sawing, shaping …) process workpieces to the required level of precision and are integrated perfectly into the respective production process. Operating the modules in parallel allows extremely complex processing steps to be realised quickly and efficiently.
Important features of the systems are the high level of precision combined with continuous reproducibility of the processing results. And all this during continuous use and wear of the tools.
