Safety valve equipment
Based on the latest requirements of the Occupational Safety Act, the Industrial Safety Regulation and the Machine Directive 2006/42/EC, FGB supplies highly-precise test systems, be it for new systems or overhauled systems. Many years ago, FGB developed a forward-thinking special safety concept that can be designed up to Performance Level D specifically for this purpose. This performance level is reached by means of in-house valve assemblies that are connected to a corresponding safety PLC.
The safety components shown here help to protect test pieces and test bench components from unwanted loads, and also ensure that persons can stay next to the test piece safely during tooling mode, although the test bench is under normal operating pressure.
