Design / Construction
Once the machine concept was agreed in close cooperation with the customer, the next stage is the design implementation phase. Construction engineers and product designers work closely to come up with the optimum solution based on the draft.
To define the design, we prepare sketches, build initial drafts as models (original size or scaled model) or create virtual designs on the PC.
Once the final layout has been defined, the design is finished by means of a CAD model. The development takes into account all mechanical and electro-technical requirements.
Be it in the design phase or the entire construction phase, we attach great importance to functional aspects, such as function, safety and user-friendliness. Also, our products are designed to be low-maintenance.
During the development, we also address and continuously improve the efficiency of the machine concept.
