2-column Test Machine
Our 2-column test machines are available in a hydraulic cylinder version and an electrical variant.
Basically, this test machine comprises a 2-column frame in a table-top version with hydraulic crosshead adjustment and mechanical / hydraulic crosshead clamping. In the electrical variant, the crosshead is electrically adjusted and clamped mechanically/pneumatically.
The crosshead is adjusted in the hydraulic version via differential cylinders with an electrical valve control or via a worm gear screw jack with an E-motor for electrical adjustment.
The protective enclosure comprises a vertically movable safety door and side parts made of Macrolon.
Our standard 2-column test machines are available for cylinder forces of 10 kN to 150 kN.
