Implementation
At FGB, planning and design flow seamlessly into the needs-based realisation of your test machine. This is because FGB invests a lot of time in the future implementation in this early phase of the project.
We design our test benches and its components to allow very simple production, mounting and installation.
We monitor the project through to the handover of the operational system; the initial commissioning is carried out at our company which allows us to make further optimisations.
Usually, our customers attend the subsequent preliminary acceptance in our company. This is where original parts are tested and the technical performance data of the system is checked.
We then bring the test stand to the installation site at the customer’s premises and the system is recommissioned before undergoing final acceptance. This is how we guarantee that our test machines fulfil the technical specifications.
