We conduct extensive FE calculations and simulations in-house during the development process. This allows us to make full use of potential to reduce costs, weight and development times, or when optimising function-related properties.
Even before a prototype is made, we apply the Finite Element Analysis method on a CAD model to allow statements to be made about the strength or deformation of a part under real conditions. This means that design errors and weaknesses can be detected on the model at an early stage to allow the weight and rigidity of parts to be optimised.
We carry out full linear, non-linear and dynamic simulations and calculation of parts and assemblies according to the Finite Element method (FEM) for you.
