Secure Connection Units
The connection unit comprises a distribution block with a connected switching unit. The distribution block is integrated into the ring line system of the pressure oil supply. The distribution block can be disconnected with a ball cock from the supply via the ring line. This means that it is possible to carry out repair and maintenance work without having to switch off the pressure oil supply. The distribution block is prepared for optional accumulators that can be inserted; these not only cover the peak oil needs, they also dampen the pulsations.

- Leak-free shut off of the pressure oil supply to the test bed
- Setup mode manually infinitely adjustable
- Normal operation at 280 bar
- Abrupt shutdown of pressure in the event of error messages to protect the test object and the test equipment according to the switching times of the valve combinations used (switching time approx. 30 – 40 ms)
